Diamond Royster Joins Pender & Coward

Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward is pleased to announce that Diamond Royster has joined the firm as an attorney focusing her practice on civil litigation, local government, and waterfront law matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Diamond served as a law clerk for the Honorable Cleo Powell of the Supreme Court of Virginia.  Additionally, she worked for several years in higher education and received a master’s degree before going to law school.

Diamond graduated from Regent University Law School.  She also received a M.Ed. from Regent University and a B.A. from George Mason University.
