A certified Senior Right of Way Professional (SR/WA) and frequent presenter at Right of Way industry conferences, Dave also speaks at continuing legal education seminars.

Mark was elected to serve as the firm's CFO in 2017. He focuses his practice on litigation, business and real estate matters.

Chief Operating Officer

Kevin was elected to serve as the firm's COO in 2022. He is also the managing shareholder of the firm's 切萨皮克 office and has practiced law in 切萨皮克 for over 30 years. Kevin focuses his practice on personal injury and civil litigation cases and regularly represents injured workers before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission. Kevin also counsels clients on corporate and real estate contract matters and litigation.
